3. Booking and Contract Agreement

Submitting a booking request through our website does not yet constitute a binding agreement. The contract is confirmed only once we approve it by email or in writing.

• Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• For private tours or special requests, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 7 days before the tour/event: Full refund.
• Less than 7 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

• Participants are responsible for their own safety during museum tours and events.
• Schweiz Museen Up is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during tours or events.
• We are not liable for damages or losses related to the exhibition items or artwork during your visit.

7. Use of Media and Content

• Photos or videos taken during tours or events may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform us in writing before the event.
• Unauthorized distribution of our educational materials or content is strictly prohibited.
